Greater Miami & Miami Beach hosts one of the biggest celebrations of Hispanic culture every year:
Miami Carnival. This fun and energetic festival brings together culture seekers from around the world as Miami comes alive with a celebration of Latino music, art, food, sports, and fashion. From February 11 to April 8, 2023, Carnaval Miami promises fun for the whole family.

This iconic event is more than just a beauty pageant – contestants are also judged on their talent, poise, and community involvement by a group of representatives from business, media, and civic organizations. The winner of Miss Carnaval Miami becomes a goodwill ambassador for Carnaval Miami, the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, and the Kiwanis of Little Havana Foundation. She also earns money for college scholarships and pays for entry to the Miss Florida USA pageant.
