Miami’s weather is optimal year-round and the attractions are varied. Therefore, here we want to provide you with a guide to choosing the area and accommodation that best suits your tastes:

South Beach:

Ideal for enjoying the beach and nightlife Located south of Miami Beach, this is the most popular and lively area.

It is an excellent option if it is the first time you decide to travel to Miami and you want to be in the heart of the city. Here you will find hectic nightlife, great beaches, and shopping centers.

Also, South Beach is an extremely interesting area from a historical point of view. In it stands the architectural district of the city or Art Deco District, known for its art nouveau, art deco, and avant-garde architecture buildings (GMCVB, 2020).

Design District:

It is a small neighborhood that is located north of downtown and represents the ideal lodging area in Miami for lovers of art and good taste. Art galleries, luxury boutiques, innovative designs, and high-end consumption abound here.

The epicenter of fashion, the Design District is the perfect neighborhood for shopping, because here the most famous brands shine in the shop windows. In addition, there is no shortage of nightlife attractions: bars, discos, and restaurants. That makes it an ideal area to stay during a business trip.

Key Biscayne:

This beautiful tropical island is located south of Miami and off the coast of Coconut Grove. If you are looking for lodging in Miami away from the noise and with paradisiacal beaches, this is the perfect location. In Key, Biscayne is Crandon Park and Bill Baggs National Park, two true paradises (GMCVB, 2020).

This is an area where there are many houses and mansions available for vacation rentals and only suitable for more premium lodging budgets in Miami.

It has lush forests and highly varied flora and fauna, such as the sea turtles that live in the area. Additionally, Key Biscayne has easy access to Florida’s coral reef, the third largest in the world.

Coral Gables:

It is one of the areas least frequented by tourists, but with excellent hotels and gastronomy. It is located between downtown and Coconut Grove and it breathes a Mediterranean climate. It is a neighborhood made up of tree-lined streets, in which tourist attractions do not abound but there is tranquility. Even so, it has art galleries and several theaters.

In Coral Gables is the largest botanical garden in Florida and the University of Miami. It has numerous ivy-covered mansions and is an area frequented by families and older travelers. This is because it is a much quieter neighborhood than the central areas.
